Compliance that
keeps watch.
Whether you operate a single vessel or manage a growing fleet, NaviGate tracks every survey, certificate and crew ticket and alerts you long before anything expires. One centralised system, accessible anywhere, anytime.

Scroll through a working week.
Four moments where NaviGate does the remembering for you.

Four warnings before anything lapses.
This is the part that does the work. Every date you enter gets the same treatment, automatically.
First notice, plenty of runway
The owner and the person responsible for that item both get an email. Long enough out to book a surveyor, order parts, or get a crew member onto a course.
Second notice, now it matters
A reminder goes out and the item moves into "action soon" on the fleet board. Anyone opening NaviGate sees it without looking for it.
Final warning before expiry
Daily reminders start. The vessel card shows amber, and the item is pinned to the top of the fleet view until it clears.
Escalated, and on the record
The item goes red, escalates to management, and stays logged with the date it lapsed and the date it was resolved. That's the trail an auditor asks for.
Same system. Different job.
You are the skipper and the office
One or two vessels, no admin team, and the paperwork happens after the last trip. NaviGate holds the dates so you can stop keeping them in your head, and tells you what needs doing before it becomes a problem.
You answer for a fleet
Multiple vessels, rotating crew, and you are the one asked whether everything is in order. NaviGate gives you a single board across the fleet and routes each item to the person who actually has to do it.
You audit other people’s records
You need the current document, the date it was issued and the trail of what happened. NaviGate produces the whole record for a vessel without anyone assembling it from folders and inboxes.

“As a multiple national and international award-winning nature-based tourism company, NaviGate ensures that our vessels and crew meet and maintain the stringent safety and operating requirements for passenger vessels.”
